can be readily adapted to meet the precise requirements

interior finishes are available.

General Construction
Floor: Constructed from 145mm x 50mm timber
perimeter beam supporting 125mm x 50mm joists at
400mm centres. The floor is 18mm flooring grade,
moisture resistant particle board covered in 2mm
solid vinyl sheet with welded joints. The floor
structure is underdrawn with oil tempered
hardboard and insulated with 80mm fibreglass or
TL2 insulation system to provide 0.45 W/m2/Deg C
heat loss. The floor structure is supported on
two 100mm x 50mm timber transport skids.
Walls: The walls are timber stud construction
formed by 80mm x 34mm timbers externally clad in
9mm WBP plywood or moisture resistant particle
board, finished in a resin based texture.
The internal cladding is 12.5mm emulsioned
plasterboard giving a notional half hour fire
resistance. The wall structure is insulated with
80mm fibreglass to provide 0.45 W/m2/Deg
C heat loss.
External corners are protected by a plastic
coated steel corner angle.
Plastic coated steel and Stenni aggregate
external treatments can be provided at extra
cost. A number of optional internal finishes can
be supplied. These include; decorative woodgrain
plywoods, vinyl coated plywoods and plasterboard,
and a variety of hard wearing melamine faced
boards.
Roof: The soffit roof construction provides a
ventilated roof space with traditional rainwater
disposal. The structure is formed by a 125mm x
25mm edge beam supporting 150mm x 50mm roof
joists at 400mm centres. The roof deck is 9mm CDX
plywood or moisture resistant particle
board, with a single membrane, single piece roof
blanket providing an FAA fire rating. The ceiling
is lined with 12.5mm emulsioned plasterboard and
the roof space is insulated with 160mm fibreglass
providing 0.25W/m2/Deg C heat loss.
Windows: Faced fixed, single glazed aluminium
windows are fitted providing natural ventilation
by means of top opening vents. Double glazing is
an option at extra cost.
Doors: External doors are 762mm solid core
flush doors with a painted finish to the client's
choice. Doors are hung on three steel butt hinges
and fitted with 2-lever mortice locks and SAA
furniture.
Electrical Installation: All electrical
installations are in accordance with IEE
regulations 16th Edition.
